Return Policy

Merchandise including textbooks may be exchanged or returned
for a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided
that it is accompanied by the original bill of sale and is in
complete, unused & unmarked condition, and is in its original (unopened)
packaging.
There are no refunds or exchanges on opened merchandise containing
computer software, DVDs, Compact Discs, or other pre-recorded media.
If payment was made by credit card or bank card, a credit to
the card will be processed.
Cash refunds on payments made by cheque can be made only after
the cheque has cleared the bank (please allow 21 days). |
