Our rates are applied per order. There is no additional per item shipping or handling charge, except where multiple shipments are required due to out-of-stock items. Some orders and orders for oversized items may be subject to additional charges prior to shipping. Diploma frames ship directly from the supplier and are subject to a special shipping and handling charge.

Most deliveries within Canada take 1 to 2 days. You will be required to sign for your package. If you are not available to sign, a card will be left for you indicating the next UPS delivery attempt. Please note that delivery times are in addition to order processing time.

For all orders, including in-store pickup (reservation) and credit card orders, we require one (1) - two (2) full business days to process your order to be available for pickup or shipment. During the starting weeks of a semester, due to the increased volume of orders, 72 hours may be required for order processing.

In-store pickup orders will be held for 7 calendar days after you are notified that your order is ready.

The delivery and processing periods listed above apply to orders for which sufficient merchandise is already in-stock only. Orders for out-of-stock items (0 onhand), and special order items are shipped as soon as the items are in-stock at the Bookstore.

Rates for orders to be delivered to destinations outside of Canada (including the United States) are only given a base rate through this Web site. You will be contacted to inform you and to obtain approval for the exact shipping charges for your order to your specific location.
